Glimpse of a dream

Then, I asked,
what am I doing here? why do I always feel I do not belong here?
He almost gave out a smile at my naïve perspective

Then said the word - Destiny.

Evolution and change is inevitable. That's the nature of earth. But destiny..fate..kismat..that's a conversation between a soul and the stars.

And for those who rebel,
they come back running right from where they start. In a circle. Because the greatest obstacle between them and 'change' is....themselves.

Ah! Now you are thinking why hide the truth at all?
Why is the salvation hidden?
Cuz frm that perspective, it permits experience, growth and eventual fulfillment of destiny..

Empty ur cup
Free your mind
Accept this infinite knowledge
Open your eyes.

Then, stop seeking and start looking.

What I really liked is the line about we stand in between ourselves and change. Its so true many times :)

Our lives are not pre-programmed. They are not in the hands of a diety. There are no preset rules of action that determines the course of your life or mine. Stop seeking and start looking - I agree.

I saw this video about how the human mind is per-programmed to react to every stimuli is a particular way. Some are born impulsive, but with a strong will power, some are born with the capacity to fight their impulsiveness. Some are born with capacity to fight but not enough to control their impulsiveness. There is a way in which we react to a stimuli, and under the exact same circumstance, there is no other way we can react to it. Since this applies to every living thins, then in a way we can say that everything on this earth is predestined. Or atleast it could have happened in any other way.

Hi Rahul,

It's good post, but i am a bit confused. If i am the barrier that prevents me from change, and it's all in our stars, then how salvation or any kind of change is possible. You mean to say that if i try to change my self, like from believing in god to not believing in god through reasoning and learning, then i am a rebel and i will come back to the same point. I feel like i am condemned to live like a robot who can not fix himself.

a sane angle
